Goma training/Gomafuda application

At Oiwasan Bishamonten, we hold a goma service for praying.
During the Goma Training, a fire is lit on the gomadan in the main hall, offerings are made, and prayers are offered to the Bishamonten, the principal deity of the temple, for your requests.
At that time, you can take home a gomafuda, a wooden tag that serves as an alter ego of Bishamonten, and enshrine it in your home, office, or other place.
The gomafuda can also be mailed to you. You can choose to have them mailed to you using this application form.

Notes on application

In the case of mailing, we will ship within one week. Please note that the arrival date may vary depending on the delivery area and the date of application.
This application form is for a single gomafuda. If you wish to apply for more than one gomafuda, please apply multiple times.
3,000 yen per gomafuda is one prayer. Please select up to 2 prayers for 5,000 yen or more.
A prayer fee of 20,000 yen is required for those who wish to participate in individual goma practices. If you wish to participate in the goma service every morning at 5:30 a.m. or on the first day of each month, no prayer fee is required.
Please make reservations for Goma Training at least one week in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your first choice of date and time due to Buddhist memorial services or other reasons.
