The following four places are lit up in the mountain of Oiwasan Bishamonten.
(1) Tenku Terrace, Tenku West Park
The approach from Tenku West Park, where the parking lot is located, to the main hall is illuminated, allowing visitors to safely visit the temple at night. The Sky Terrace is lit with pale light so as not to overlap with the night view over the entire Kanto Plain.
(2) Around the main temple and stone stairs in the precincts
The area around the main hall is brightly lit up so that visitors can safely visit the temple grounds even at night.(3) Onnazaka Park
The entire area of Onnazaka Park is illuminated with soft light generated by solar power. The park has a parking lot, a rest facility called "Azumaya" (a small arbor), and 500 arhats, as well as flowerbeds with seasonal flowers.(4) Near the temple marker and stone gatepost at the entrance of Oiwasan Bishamonten (Otokozaka-guchi)
The temple marker and stone gatepost at the entrance of Oiwasan Bishamonten (Mt. Oiwa) and the path to the temple are brightly lit up. In spring, the illuminated peony cherry blossoms are beautiful.
